Urination Problem in Candidiasis

Personally, I noticed that I make more trips to the bathroom when I have a flare-up. Actually, for me it was the other way around. I noticed I was going to the bathroom less after I started treating my candida. And yes, it's a drag to keep getting out of bed all night. Some nights it seemed to make more sense just to go to sleep on the throne. Some of our "replacements" can be enjoyable, we just have to remind ourselves that it is a new food and it is not supposed to taste like, in the last example, chocolate milk. I think if we expect it to be different, but still good, it may help us. Just think, our illness is helping us to get back to a healthy diet, what we are probably supposed to eat.

Well, enzymes are not bacteria, but they are another food component that we need. I don't know much about them, but I know that you can find more of them in whole raw food (cooking kills them) and little or none in processed food. They help in the fight against disease, especially immune-related stuff like candida and cancer. It is because our food gets digested better when enzymes are present. They are signs it is more than one place and systemic. I would recommend seeing a naturopath that can help you find exactly what would be best for you to use to help your absorption, as it is always different things for different people. She became so disappointed that she ignored the problem for nearly one year. She has been told that the yeast usually disappears when your period begins, but her periods are so irregular (sometimes she is up to 3 months late) that she has them almost 100% of the time.

So, she stopped that and started the yeast busters program using capriole, psyllium, bentonite drink in the morning, acidophilus at night, and will start the probiotics soon. Everything looked like it was going fine. She didn't get a yeast infection, despite the fact she had two weeks of bad gas, though. She figured it was a new die-off. My doctor has treated the thrush, but the rest I treat for myself. I am not suggesting you do that, though. Only you can decide what treatments you want or need. Also, you have to watch your diet and keep a chart on what you ate. It is also important to take a note at what medications and how many times you have it, and how you felt that day and the next days. Exercise helps a lot, too.

In a condition like this, I really feel you have to listen to your body and use your own discretion on some of these fine points. Maybe some of us are cut out to be purists, but the rest of us realize that if we are not lenient in some areas and kind to ourselves (without going too over board), we may not succeed on this.
